On Friday I spoke with one of the riders from the Support Your Troops ride employed by Tri-Star Engineering. He complimented us on a very well organized ride, a very good ride route. He also mentioned we had a very good group working at Harley Davidson in Bloomington and we did a great job with the food at the park. He mentioned it was one of the best rides he has been on and is looking forward to next year’s ride. Congratulations and big thank you to all of the volunteers for making this ride a huge success and we look forward along to next year’s ride.

MONTHLY DINNER OCT. 8TH
October second Friday dinner will be at Bob Evans, 6 PM, October 8. They were very receptive to seating us in the glassed in room and would move tables to accommodate us. I told them from 6 to 16. Room has space for 50.

MEETING OCT.4TH
Meeting at the HHAFFA office is Monday, October 4Th. Located in the Old Madden school building at 620 H ST. HHAFFA will be selling bags of greeting cards for 5.00 per bag. You may purchase them before or after the meeting. We still have many T-shirts left to sell. All proceeds will go to support our troops.

HHAFFA will also have table set up at Walmart on Friday Oct.8TH, to collect donations for care packages.

I'm also very happy to share with you, HHAFFA did receive many compliments on how well the ride event went and how much they enjoyed the event. Everything, form the ride route, how smoothly it went, to the hopsitality and the great food, and all the volunteers at Harley Dadidson of Bloomington. A big thank you to everyone!
