Package

Today, we received a package from a soldier in Iraq! He sent us a folded flag that was flown aboard an apache helicopter in the hostile skies of Iraq! He also sent a certificate presenting the flag to Students of Stalker Elementary. He had the nicest letter telling us who he is and answering questions the children asked in their letters to him.

This was a complete and total surprise - but one that the kids will be thrilled to learn (not to mention the entire staff ~ I know I'm thrilled!).

How exciting to hear first hand how meaningful the little we did was to him/them! Thank you for providing us the opportunity to make a positive difference in the soldiers' lives!
